Executive Coaching


This scenario emulates an interactive session where the participant engages with another employee (played by a role player) to achieve a specific objective. Participants are given background information and a designated timeframe to prepare for the meeting. The participant is required to give feedback, conduct a performance review, or offer guidance to the employee. Competencies demonstrated: Decision Making, Leadership, Collaboration, Persuading and Negotiating, Presenting and Communicating Information, Meeting Customer Expectations and Working under Pressure. Exercise Administration- 10 minutes, Roleplay Preperation- 30 minutes, Roleplay- 30 minutes
