In this exercise, participants engage in a productive dialogue with an individual (played by a role player), with the objective of addressing and resolving a particular issue. Equipped with background information regarding the situation that has prompted the meeting, participants subsequently convene with the individual to collaboratively achieve a mutually agreeable resolution.

In this exercise, participants receive a concise brief together with information about a decision they are required to make. To facilitate this process, participants are given time to question a resource person (played by a role player) to gather information pertinent to the decision at hand. Once the decision is reached, the resource person then presents challenges aimed at assessing the decision’s resilience and soundness.

The participant is required to give feedback, conduct a performance review, or offer guidance to the employee. Competencies demonstrated: Decision Making, Leadership, Collaboration, Persuading and Negotiating, Presenting and Communicating Information, Meeting Customer Expectations and Working under Pressure.
